Request Data Deletion
If you would like Sahyog to delete your account and associated personal information, contact us using the channel below.
How to request
At this stage, deletion requests are handled manually. Send a message on Instagram from an account that can help us verify ownership of your Sahyog registration (ideally the same Instagram handle or Google email you used).

What we will delete
- Your user account record where reasonably possible
- Creator or brand profile information submitted during onboarding
- Related application data stored for beta access
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where legally required, for fraud prevention, security logs, or dispute resolution. We will not keep more than necessary for those purposes.
Verification & timing
We may ask you to confirm account ownership (for example, the Google email used to sign in). We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable period after confirmation. Automated self-serve deletion is not currently available.
